A 31 year-old Ohio woman has been charged with felonious assault after she allegedly dragged a man nearly three streets in Colerain Township with her car last weekend. The man says he was trying to stop her from leaving the scene of an accident.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the 53 year-old man hit by the car says he was in a friend’s truck when the woman rear-ended them and then drove away. They chased the woman and eventually cornered her in a cul-de-sac where she hit him and dragged him for about three-fourths of a mile.
The woman and her lawyer claim that she did stop after the accident, but drove away when the men began to intimidate her while they were exchanging insurance information.
