A two-car accident occurred on Interstate 71 on Saturday afternoon that resulted in the injuries of 9 people.
According to reports by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a man driving a van occupied by 8 other people was trying to change lanes at around 3:30 p.m. when he cut another vehicle off. The driver of that vehicle attempted to swerve to avoid hitting the van, however, a collision occurred. The driver of the van lost control, and the vehicle crossed the median and rolled over several times.
All of the people in the van suffered minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals. The driver of the car was not injured.
